The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is the latest piece of legislation presenting challenges and opportunities for performance marketers in 2020. In January, the new rules went into effect. In early February, the California Attorney General Office (AGO) issued revised proposed regulations (Version 2) to further communicate expectations and market guidelines.
